The Finca has a full-time kitchen staff with a flair for rustic seasonal dishes and international cuisine. The region offers plenty of foul, beef, freshwater fish and chivito.

Mendoza is also known for their appreciation for fresh, local ingredients and a clean environment.

From the cellar, Giulio offers his own blend of wine, produced in the Province of Mendoza. There are also Argentine and Chilean bottles available for guests.
